About
The Superintendents Technical Association (STA) is an organization dedicated to multifamily building maintenance personnel. Founded in 1998 by the Apartment House Institute at the New York City College of Technology (CUNY) and led by its founder, Dick Koral, STA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization.
Our associate members include managers, owners, and supporting institutions such as the Council of New York Cooperatives, the Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives, and The Enterprise Foundation.
